( upbeat music) – Hey munchies, I’m Alyssia, welcome if you are new. You all want more smoothies, I get asked all the time But I don’t love smoothies, extremely regular ones. I likewise get tons of requestsfor ways to sneak in veggies. So today, we’re lay the two together. These smoothies will helpyou sneak in your veggies And I’ve also got a free ebook with the recipes for you, at the end. First up, -[ Narrator] Spinach kiwi.( rock and roll) -[ Alyssia] To a blender, add spinach, rind kiwi, frozen banana, Yogurt of pick, adairy-free option is fine. And milk of choice, I tend touse almond milk in smoothies, But you can do what works for you. Tangy, sugared, dense and milky. It’s green, but you’d never know the spinach was there, otherwise. The penchant is invisible. Here’s my– Carrot creamsicle -[ Alyssia] I computed carrots, coconut paste, and frozen banana, And orange zest and liquid to a blender. Let it rip, and expose your elegance. Also , nothing of thesmoothies I’m sharing today have any lent sugar. We’re going with wholefoods and fresh parts. You can always addsweetener if you prefer.The coconut cream adds so much creaminess and natural sweetness and duets perfectly with the sweet carrots. It’s almost like avegetable milkshake, next. Fresh pineapple kale -[ Alyssia] I computed frozen kale. Did you know you can freeze your greens? Milk, frozen banana, frozen pineapple, turmeric, And coconut butter to a blender. Now I am not a kale fan, but I can direct in thissweet and tropical smoothie.( rock and roll) It’s fresh, sugared and tangy, with a neat super-food kick. Let’s substitution it up with my– Fresh red pepper strawberry smoothie -[ Alyssia] This one’s got bellpepper, frozen strawberries, Cucumber, almond butter andwhite tea as the liquid base. The dynamic raise flavorsare a classic pairing, But that white-hot tea baseadds a floral savour that takes a Smoothie to the next rank. Don’t be afraid to getcreative with your liquid base.We’ve got more dark-greens in this– Tropical arugula -[ Alyssia] Arugula, avocado for creaminess, which is a great substitutefor banana and smoothies, for those of you who are not banana devotees. Frozen mango, coconut iotums, lime zest, lime liquid, And coconut sea go into a blender. “Its one of” my favorite’s today. The shade, the tropicalfruity spices, the creaminess From the avocado and thatcitrus kicking from the lime, Make this a satisfying, healthy snack.( upbeat music) We take on desert with this– Zuc-ccocoa-nut smoothie -[ Alyssia] Frozen Zuccini, which is actually a great substitute for banana creaminess more, and without the sugar. Cocoa powder, coconutcream, coconut butter, and coconut milk, go into a blender .( upbeat music) You might not believe it, but this actually savor like a peaches-and-cream, chocolate shake. Sneakin in those crucifers with a– Peanut butter, banana, cauliflower, Peanut butter, banana cauliflower -[ Alyssia] I compute steamedand coldnes cauliflower, frozen banana, peanut butter, milk and vanilla extract. I kid you not, you cannoteven taste the cauliflower. And the white color onlyhelps to deceive you that the veggies are even there. Nice! I cherish this combo Celery cucumber pear, celery, celery, celery Celery, celery -[ Alyssia] This one has pears, celery, frozen grapes, instead of ice cubes, and they lend sweetness. And lettuce tea as a liquid base.The green tea is anothernice way to switch up those liquids and adda raise of nutrition. Fresh, snappy, sweet-scented and sweet. This is so light in floral in spice. Let’s brighten up your glass with this– Ginger beet smoothie It’s a ginger beet smoothie -[ Alyssia] I start with a raw, red beet, which is an antioxidant, powerhouse. Frozen raspberries, frozenpineapple, fresh ginger, oats, which are also great for creaminess, and coconut milk. The pigment of this one is just radiant.( glad music) Beets are earthy, but thatfresh contributes a zing and a spice, That are cut well bythe peaches-and-cream coconut milk.Perhaps the strangestyet, we’ll save for last, but don’t knock it til “were trying” it. Citrus mint and broccoli( rock and roll) -[ Alyssia] Frozen banana, steamed and cold broccoli, sounded grapefruit, lime zest, lime juice, plenty stems and liquid go into a blender. I prefer steamed or frozenbroccoli for smoothies, since they are less bitter than fresh. But you can definitelytry raw, if you prefer, simply be sure to use ahigh powered blender. The sour and sugared citrus isenhanced by the fresh spate. And because that broccoliis cooked, it’s very mild And difficult to even tellthat it’s in the smoothie.
