Welcome to the channel if youre brand-new, ImAlyssia and I am SO agitated to share three ONE-POT PASTAS with you today! Everyone wantsto save time on weeknight dinners AND keep it coming health, so today were doing just that, and Im sharing a vegan and vegetarian meal, and a dish with some optional flesh, so theressomething for everyone. I too have a BONUS One-Pot Pasta on my Facebook page today moreon that at the end.Lets begins with my One-Pot Veggie Spaghetti! Here are the ingredientsyou will need. In a large pot over high-pitched heat, saut your onions in a little olive oil.Once translucent, add in your zucchini, mushrooms, frozen peas, spaghetti pates, thyme, salt, and ocean. Mix to combine and bring to a evaporate. The beauty of one-pot saucers is you literallyput it all in one pot and let it go no draining is necessary , no extra recipes, oneand done! Cook discovered for about 8-10 minutes until your pasta is cooked through and mostof the spray has increased. Now its time to stir in your parmesan and spinach, and concoction well until your spinach has wilted.Now theres good-for-nothing turn left to do but dish and devour! Yum! Remember that for these pastadishes you can use ANY pasta type you prefer, so it could be whole-wheat, gluten-free, quinoa, corn what it is you like, and any contour is currently working, too.Next, were going to manufacture myOne-Pot Taco Quinoa! Here are the ingredients you will need. Add olive oil to a jackpot overmedium-high heat and included in your onions, garlic, and bell seasonings. Saut until your onionsbegin to turn translucent. Then were going to add salsa, corn, black beans, uncooked quinoa, cumin, chili pulverize, salt and pep, and vegetable broth. Mix to combine and bring to a boil.Cover and abbreviate to a seethe until your quinoa is cooked through. This should take about2 0 minutes. Once the spray is completely assimilated its ready to go! Serve and enjoy! I liketo top pit with a little avocado, cilantro, and some lime juice! If you don’tneed this to be vegan you could also add some shredded cheese on top or in the dish. Soeasy! Here are the ingredients you will need.Once again, start by sauting your onions and garlic in alittle olive oil like so. Then, were going to add our tomato sauce, I espoused diatlinipasta but you could use any figure, canned tomatoes, parsley, garlic powder, bone-dry basil, dehydrated oregano, salt and pep, and liquid. Mix to combine and bring to a boil. Cover, reduceto a smolder, and allow to cook for about 12 -1 four minutes, until the pasta is cooked through.Now its time to sprinkle in our parmesan cheese, mini goose pepperonis, and shredded mozzarella! Mix to combine.Remove from the hot, butwhile its heated, I like to add some additional pepperoni and mozzarella to the top, cover, and tell it melt for really another minute or two to really make it like a PIZZA pasta. Now theresnothing left to do but suffice and enjoy! I topped mine off with a bit of fresh parsley.This one actually tastes like pizza, it’s crazy and such a fun weeknight dinner slant!
