( upbeat music) – Hey, hey, hey, munchiepals it’s Alyssia, and I’d love to welcome you if you’re brand-new. You all get excitedfor a lot of my videos, but anything that has very few parts is generally view worthy, so I hope that members can enjoy this compiling of one ingredient recipes. Some I have shared here or there, but never all in one residence, and, yes, they all actuallyuse one part. Some also do consume spray, and I know there is someone out there whose gonna be all workedup about it in specific comments, but get over yourself. Applesauce. What could that ingredient be yeah -[ Alyssia] Apples. I include rind and chopped apples to a cup. Cover the bottom of the pot with about a half an inch of ocean. Cook for 20 minutes until crotch tender, and check and toss them regularly so that they don’t run dry. Let those apples coolslightly, deplete the ocean, and then blend them up.You can use an submersion blender if you don’t want to use areal blender or food processor. It all depends on how smooth you miss it, and, voila, applesauce. Of trend, if you were willing to venture into the world of two ingredients a tinge of cinnamon would be a nice touch, but it isn’t necessary toenjoy this deliciousness. Good-for-nothing fairly comparesto fresh applesauce. Great for munching plateau, addingto desserts or for fix. Peanut butter. What could that part be yeah – Peanuts. This couldn’t be easier. I like to use cooked salted peanuts, but raw or unsalted part punishment too. Add them to a foodprocessor and let her rip. Some beings have useda high-powered blender, and find success. I would not recommend a smalleror less expensive blender. In some food processors thiscan take up to 10 times as it goes through thestages of dabs to flour to dough ball to butter, but in my food processor itonly takes about two minutes, which is pretty amazing.You end up with a creamynatural peanut butter just waiting to be addedto your favorite jugs, or snacked with a spoonful. Optional yummy add-insfor my intrepid viewers cinnamon, chocolate gunpowder or coconut smidgens. Side note, you can also makenut butter just like this with any nut of your hand-picked. Okay, so we’ve got more to come, but I had to interrupt myself to ask you if you are able to agree affected the buzzer. Banana ice cream. What could that ingredient be yeah -[ Alyssia] Bananas. When your bananas are startingto get brown recognizes or go bad it is the perfect time to freeze them for ice cream aka nice cream. All you do is add those frozen bananas to the food processoror blender and blend.This is actually so creamy and luscious the texture is like gelato, and it’s naturally low-spirited in fat for those of you who aremy carb caring munchies. Optional add-ins to knock this up a notch peanut butter, cinnamon, cacao pulverize, or other frozen fruits. I have a few videos showingsome of these options, too. Whipped cream two ways. What could that ingredient be yeah -[ Alyssia] Heavy cream, or coconut cream. So regular whipped cream usages heavy flog cream that’s it. Whip it up you can usea whisk and some muscle, but it will be a workoutor simply use the hand mixer it’s easier than i thought. I actually wish my whippedcream without sweetener I think it’s delicious, but you can, of course, supplemented it if you prefer.If you’re on a higher fatdiet and abide dairy this can be a nice treat. Same moves for the secondway, coconut hammered paste, for my non-dairy or vegan fans. I take a can of coconut ointment, leave it in the fridge overnight, and then in the morning I snap it over because the cream separatesfrom the fluid in the freezing. Then I is to be able to drain the liquid that’s on the bottom of the can, and scoop out the coconut cream. Whip that up to a yummy fluffy shadow, and eat it with a spoonful or on anything it is so freaking good. Strawberry sorbet. What could that ingredient be yeah – Strawberries, an oldie but goodie you can compile sorbet withalmost any fresh fruit. I lend fresh strawberries to a blender, and “lets get going” until smooth. Then I can spew that onto alined cooking tray and freeze.Once frozen end that up intopieces and blend once more, and disclose the excellent oneingredient outcome sorbet. I kid you not it is sosatisfying on a hot summertime daylight. Make this even more fun with fresh herbs like basil or pile. Can I get a thumbs up forone ingredient recipes. Do you crave more? Coconut butter. What could that ingredient be yeah -[ Alyssia] Coconut. Okay, get your food processor back out. Coconut butter is madeexactly like peanut butter. Add in those coconut iotums and “lets get going”. Again, different machines will need different quantities of time to get the oils to releaseand for it to become a butter, but it will happen. Homemade coconut butter willseparate just like nut butter so give it a provoke before and enjoy. Optional add-ins for this one vanilla, dates, or a pinch of salt. Result leather. What could that ingredient be yeah -[ Alyssia] Fruit, I use strawberries. So similar to the sorbetwe blend up those berries, but this time when we contributed itto the tray with parchment we want a really thinlayer as smooth as you are eligible to without becoming aridiculous perfectionist.Then you’re gonna easilydehydrate it in the oven on low-pitched for a lot of hours it sortof depends on the oven. Some will make two to three hours. Some will take six to eight, so do it on a era when you can monitor. Once it’s tacky but not moisten it’s done. Let it cool and then you can use shears to cut into deprives and parcel for last-minute. DIY fruit roll-ups so funand no contributed carbohydrate is needed.Remember you can totally dothis with other fruit as well, or even compoundings. Last but not least corn butter. What could that ingredient be yeah – Corn, I saved the weirdest one for last-place, and perhaps the best. Cut the corn kernels off of your corncobs. You can use white or yellowed corn. I like to use this hackwhere you take a Bundt pan, and chipped the grains offthe cob over the go so that the kernelsfall right into the pan ready for you to usewithout any hassle or mess. Add those grains to a food processor, and blend them on highinto a smooth puree. You want to let this go fora good four to five minutes. Strain with a rubberspatula through a sieve, and get a really uniform mixture.Heat that in a saucepan over medium heat whisking regularly until coagulated. Now this is quick, and it’s seriouslygoing to seem like wizard the route it coagulates it is incredible. Once bubbling whiskanother 30 seconds or so, and then remove from the hot. Add a tinge of salt and you’vegot a luscious corn butter ready to go on breads, muffins, or even sauteed vegetables. So recreation, and seriouslymy new favorite thing. The corn milk, if you are able to, has essentially compressed downto a sweetened and smooth butter that is so satisfying and savory. A must try and definitelya new permanent entry on my anniversary menu. I hope you guys enjoy theseone ingredient recipes.
